ZIG ZAG WAS A JAX BEACH BROTHER. RETURNING
BACK TO HIS HOME NEAR LOCKHART FLORIDA FROM
THE SERVICE, ALL HE WANTED TO DO WAS TO
ENJOY HIS NEW LIFE. TO RIDE HIS BIKE, AND PARTY
WITH HIS NEW BROTHERS, WHO HAD ALSO JUST
RETURNED BACK FROM SERVICE. ON A FRIDAY
NIGHT, JANUARY 29th 1971, WHILE DRINKING IN A
LOCAL BAR OFF THE ORANGE BLOSSOM TRAIL, ON
THE OUTSKIRTS OF ORLANDO FLORIDA. HE GOT
INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH SOME DRUNK LOCAL
REDNECKS. WHEN OUR BROTHER ZIG ZAG COULD
TAKE NO MORE OF THEIR STUPIDITY, HE BECAME
AGGRESSIVE. ONE OF THE LOCALS THEN PRODUCED
A HAND GUN IN AN ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE AND
STOP OUR ADVANCING BROTHER, WHICH ONLY
PISSED ZIG ZAG OFF EVEN FURTHER. THE REDNECK,
REALIZING THAT JUST SHOWING THE GUN WASN’T
ENOUGH AT THAT STAGE TO SWAY ZIG ZAG’S
APPROACH, POINTING IT DOWNWARD AND FIRED.
THE BULLET RICOCHETED UP FROM THE CONCRETE
FLOOR, HITTING OUR BROTHER DIRECTLY IN THE
HEART, KILLING HIM INSTANTLY. THE REDNECK WAS
ARRESTED AND WAS CHARGED WITH MURDER, BUT
HE WAS LATER ACQUITTED, CLAIMING IT WAS SELF
DEFENSE AGAINST A MEMBER OF A MOTORCYCLE
GANG. BROTHER ZIG ZAG BECAME OUR CLUB’S
FIRST RECORDED IN MEMORY OF BROTHER, AND
THOUGH MANY OF OUR MEMBERS TODAY NEVER
KNEW HIM, HE WILL FOREVER BE REMEMBERED BY
ALL OF OUR BROTHERS IN THE WARLOCKS NATION.
RIDE IN PEACE BROTHER, WE MISS YOU.
   WARLOCK FOREVER FOREVER WARLOCK!
